Involves data management activities related to DASD usage, definition, changes, recovery, etc.
Disaster Recovery:
Involves system level contingency recovery procedures required for for disaster events whether scheduled or unscheduled
Automated Ops Integration:
Involves automating requested events to simplify and enhance normal and/or exceptional software events resulting in more efficient operations
